The long-awaited opening of Newtown’s newest restaurant finally arrived this week, delivering to Sycamore Street a new elevated dining experience seasoned with hints of jazz and soul.
With its soft opening on April 7, Mélange on Sycamore was unveiled to friends and family who had the opportunity to try the upscale restaurant’s diverse series of dishes crafted to showcase the bold flavors and robust cooking found in southern Louisiana and Italian cuisine.
